The Russkaya Psovaya Borzaya (Psovoi - the longhaired borzoi) is the dog we know as Borzoi. The Psovoi was popular not only with the Tsars, but also the monks of Russia.
The Borzoi is a quiet, intelligent, moderately active, independent dog. The Borzoi might be said to be the Porsche of sighthounds.
Many ask us to how we know that these pups are direct descendents of the companions used by Russian Royalty.
Other than the pedigree, we have other physical proof as well: Vuga (meaning Snowstrom in Russian), our wonderful Dam. On July eleventh, she produced ten puppies; her FIRST LITTER. ONLY STRONG DAMS CAN PRODUCE HEALTHY, ACTIVE, AND BEAUTIFUL ten PUPPIES FROM A FIRST LITTER!!!!!
