THE PUPPIES ARE HERE! (born December Sixth, see below for more information)
Dufenhof Swissies are bred for good health, good temperaments and good looks. Our breeding dogs are healthy, mature dogs with proper pre-breeding clearances (OFA/CERF). Most of our breeding dogs are AKC Champions. All of our puppies are AKC registered, pet puppies are sold on a limited registration.
Every litter is carefully planned and raised in our home. We do not believe in the "first come, first served" method of puppy placement utilized by some kennels. Our puppies are carefully matched to their prospective families so that everyone has the best chance for a lifetime of happiness.
In addition to being cherished family pets, our Swissies participate in dog shows, obedience trials, carting & weight pulling, therapy dog programs and more.
We are always happy to refer people to other breeders if we do not have an appropriate puppy available. On occasion we may have (or know about) an older puppy or adult Swissy who is available to a loving pet home. Currently we have one young adult male available to a loving pet home.
****Puppies!!! Puppies arrived in early December. It it to soon to determine much about them beyond the fact that they are cute as the dickens. Puppies from this litter will be ready to leave for their new homes at the end of January/beginning of February. Serious inquiries from quality pet homes are welcome. ****
