On June twenty-third, four beautiful little girls and one handsome little boy entered the world! While in my care, my puppies will be provided their first and second set of shots and have several series of deworming. I can also provide their last set of puppy shots for free at the age of fourteen - sixteen weeks (minus rabies which should be done at a later time by a vet). Their tails are already docked and declaws removed. They are already vet checked.



They will come with a puppy pack which includes a blankie with Mom's scent, food for a few days, a bottle of OUR water (to help with digestive issues during the transition to new home), a puppy wee pad, toy, treats (along with recipes for healthy homemade treats!), dress/shirt, and information on raising a Yorkie puppy. Puppy comes with a limited health guarantee for one year (more details in puppy contract).



Past offspring have been in the five - seven lb range so MOST likely the puppies will get no bigger than seven lb. Right now they are charting between five - seven lb (I can give you weekly updates on this). But there is NO guarantee of size, just an estimate. There is no such thing as a "teacup" or "mirco" Yorkie. Breeders who try to sell you a puppy in this way are deceitful. Most likely, your pup will come with many health problems and complications. NO ethical breeder will breed for tinies. If there is a runt in a litter (a tiny), it should be place (not sold) into a loving forever home that is aware of the possibilities of health problems. Please do not be deceived!



I HIGHLY encourage new owners to spay or neuter their new pet and in doing this, in our sale contract if the new buyer spays/neuters their pet within a year, they will be reimbursed $ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS of the cost of the puppy!



Puppies will be ready for their new homes at the end of August/beginning of Sept. To hold a puppy, a deposit is required (half the cost of the puppy). Males are SIX HUNDRED and females are SEVEN HUNDRED. We have one boy and four girls. If you decide to put a deposit down for a particular puppy, I will send you weekly updates and pictures. Basically, the deposit shows me that you are serious in purchasing a puppy and it will be held. I would hate to hold a puppy for someone and turn away several people who are interested and then end up and not even have the original person interested anymore in the puppy.



Parents are in my home as well as the puppies so these are NOT kennel raised. They will be very well socialized and VERY pre-spoiled! You are more than welcome to visit my home before the puppies are ready to go and pick out your puppy yourself (I actually encourage this so that you can see his/her personality and to see what could be the best fit for you and the puppy.). Of course, you will not be able to take the puppy home with you then, but you will then picked out the perfect puppy for your family!



On the day that you come and pick up your puppy please be prepared to stay awhile because I would like to show you some basic grooming tips to help save you money in the long run by doing a lot of it yourself. I would also like to give you information on raising a Yorkie and I am available to answer any questions you may have about this wonderful breed.
