We have five puppies left: one red and rust female, two red and rust males, and one black and rust female. They are eight weeks old and have been wormed several times, had their tails and claws cut, and had their first shots. I am not a breeder, these parent dogs are my pets and my companions. My male is red and he used to be a show dog until I got him when he was a year old. There is only one word that I can use to describe his disposition: humble. He is the sweetest animal I've ever been around. Our female is black and she is about average in size. Her disposition was wonderful until she had her babies and now she is a little bit protective but as the puppies grow she getting back to her old sweet self.
