Raeburn's Rose Hill Scottish Terriers
is pleased to announce we have a VERY limited opening for placement of new puppies to their new home.


The Placement Process


I am not your typical breeder. I have very high expectations of owners when I place a puppy.

Prospective owners must fill out an application and provide references to include their current veterinarian. I do call references and the veterinarian.

While this process will seem bothersome to some, I maintain the highest expectation of owners for care and love for the Scottie puppies I place. I call and check very often on their progress and care. In return, I provide the most genetically sound, hand raised and socialized Scottish Terriers. They carry the traits of all Raeburn's Rose Hill Scotties and are avid squirrel watchers, diggers, toy players and get into general mischief.

I expect Scottie owners have great care and love of their new Scotties, I also have references you may call for your satisfaction and verification.


Puppy Shipping


I ship puppies via air on Delta Airlines. They have temperature controlled cargo holds in the aircraft and have done an excellent service for me in the last 20 years of puppy shipping. If it is a multileg flight, the puppies are cared for with water and attention in their climate controlled cargo terminals. I also call each facility on the leg for the journey that day and check on the puppy progress all the way to pick-up at the final destination.

Current Delta pricing for a puppy shipment is around $250 to destinations in the continental United States. Additionally, I have puppy shipping kennels for shipment and you return via mail, or I can purchase a kennel for you for shipment.

I will also will hand carry a puppy in the passenger cabin upon request. I have done this several times at the request of the new owner. Current price is set by Delta for passenger flights. I charge nothing for this except the owner will provide my two way ticket.

I will also hand deliver to a select places in the southeast United States.
