SOS kennels is located in the scenic farmlands of Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania. We are approx fourty-five minutes

north of Harrisburg and five minutes off of Interstate eighty one. For nine years, we have been raising, showing

and training German Shorthaired Pointers. The Weimaraners were started six years later as we found that our

passion for the Weimaraner was the same as that of the GSP. We are active in NAVHDA, NSTRA, AKC

HUNT TEST, THE SHOW RING and OBEDIENCE.

Our dogs have been featured at the Harrisburg Sportsmen's Show in PA, the PA Outdoor Life Expo and have

been on the TV SHOW "Pennsylvania Outdoor Life" numerous times. One taping can be found at the bottom

of this page.

Accomplishments include training our dogs to receive AKC Junior Hunter Titles, AKC Senior Hunter Titles

and even AKC MASTER Hunter titles.

We belong to the German Shorthaired Pointer Club of America and are active in the German Shorthaired

Pointer Rescue. We also belong to the Weimaraner Club of American and are active in the Weimaraner Rescue.

The cost of our puppies depends on the breeding. All pups are sold with a three

year health guarantee and the option of FULL registration. Pups come with tails

docked, dew claws removed, updated shots, AKC registration papers, AKC

certified three generation pedigree, a goody bag and lifetime support. Pups

are also started on crate training, house breaking and wing training(we can skip

this stage for those who do not hunt). The price of the pups helps cover the cost

of the excellent care given during the breeding process, weaning process and the

training of the pups.
