Magnum the lab mix has already found his forever home, but many other dogs are waiting. He was lucky enough to have the opportunity to go to a foster home. Animals that may not have been adoptable due to having a minor illness or injury, being too young or under socialized are given another chance for adoption into a loving permanent home with our foster program. Some of the reasons for being overlooked are there are so many black dogs in the shelter, they can't see the dog in the kennel very well and they are not as colorful.
