Bert and Ernie are brothers who were rescued from a shelter where they spent 5 months and were scheduled to be euthanized. It would be wonderful if they could find a home where they could stay together. Both are house trained, neutered and their vaccines are current. Bert is a 4-year old corgi mix (probably Chihuahua) and weighs about 15 pounds. He is a bit shy when you first meet him, but warms up quickly and loves to sit on your lap. He can be a bit jumpy, so he probably would not be good in a home with children or where children visit often. He is really good with all kinds of other dogs. Ernie is a 4-year old corgi mix (probably Chihuahua) and weighs about 15 pounds.. Ernie is a bit shy at first but much more outgoing than his brother, Bert, and loves to sit on your lap. Ernie is more independent than Bert, and will be the first to explore his area. Ernie would not be a good candidate for a home with children or where children visit often. He is really good with all kinds of dogs. For more information on Bert or Ernie, contact Cindy at 255-3116.
