Hi, my name is Ricky. I am maybe about 2yrs old, but I am not sure as no one has ever celebrated my birthday. I am petite for a male Boxer at only 42 lbs. So if you want to change my name to something very masculine I won't mind as I don't like being called petite! Don't let my size fool you, I am a very strong boy, and as soon as I gain some weight, so you can't see my ribs, I will be even stronger. But I am ready to go to my forever home where you can feed me, and watch me grow! I am a very good boy, who is eager to learn and listen. I know sit, and have learned in just a few short days how to take a treat from my foster family without drawing blood! I am great in my crate when I need to go in, but do awesome sleeping in bed at night if you will let me. I am a lover not a fighter and will snuggle next to you, on top of you, or wherever you will let me. I am good with all the others dogs I have met so far, and good with kids too, as I have two 8 yr. old human siblings that bring lots of friends over to play. My foster mom says I am pretty well house trained with no accidents. But she also thinks that it might be me that has done some of the marking and not the other guy that's here, I'm not telling her though. I still have lots of puppy in me, and will need some way to get rid of that energy, you can walk me, but I need some work on that cause I can almost drag my mom down the street! I am up to date on all my shots, and heart worm free! I am neutered, and have my new microchip for you, so I don't end up back in a shelter again. My foster mom says I was very lucky to get out when I did, as my time was up! So lets see; I am house trained, crate trained, good with other dogs, good with kids, UTD on all shots, Neutered, but I don't know anything about cats!
