Billy is an adorable 10 year old, 5 pound boy looking for a home. He was rescued from an animal control facility. If you are looking for a laid back little fellow who will be quite devoted, you should meet little Billy. He has got a spunky attitude and loves to sunbathe. He is a true lap baby. He has a very funny bark, when we heard it the first time, he got the nickname "Chicken Billy"....he is precious! =) Billy will be a totally devoted and easy going companion.
