Here is one handsome young man. Meet Boris, the 4.5 month old, Tibetan Mastiff/English Bulldog. His mom is the Bulldog, and his father is the Tibetan Mastiff. His color and coat is that of a Bulldog and his body and head is that of a Mastiff. Boris is house trained, crate trained, knows sit, wait, come, off and leave it. He is an inside dog, like most Mastiffs, and he loves his chew toys and ropes. In his 4.5 months, Boris has met chickens, cows, cats, and horses when he has been out and about on his outings and we are working on socialization due to a history of aggression towards a small dog in his prior home. He is good with humans of all ages and sizes. He has been very cordial with children, even when the kids are in full form and playing on their bikes or with loud toys. Boris likes to take walks and is very good about walking on a loose lead and sitting and waiting when asked. He has been doing very well around other dogs in general, even when they have approached Boris in an unfriendly way, but he will need continued work and a strong leader. At 18 weeks, Boris weighed over 48 pounds and he stood 18 inches at the shoulder so he is going to be a big kid when he grows up.
