Charlie was rescued from NYC where few make it out alive. He was blessed to be able to fly on a private plane to safety in Illinois. He has an article written about him on TIME.com and is an amazing boy. Potty trained, plays well with others, and is very outgoing. He gets along with boy and girl dogs and loves to play ball. He is neutered and up to date on his shots.
