Neena is a beautiful Chocolate Chihuahua. She is still young and does have the typical Chihuahua trait of being owner possessive. She would love a lap to sit on every day. She is so loving and sweet and just want to be your buddy. Neena is in a foster home with several dogs and does get along well with them but she still wants to be the one and only.
