Bolt here! I am a male Terrier mix and I was born in March of 2009. I was brought to the SPCA after another shelter ran out of space for me and my friends. I have been a very outgoing boy ever since I arrived...yet I still get passed by all of the time. I have made a lot of friends here, four-legged and two-legged! I seem to get along with other small dogs, but I would need to meet your's if you have any. The staff is not sure if I am housebroken because I have lived in a shelter for a while, but you and I can work on that together! You may have noticed that I have a cherry eye, but don't worry!
