She is a Miniature Pinscher about 2 years of age. She has already had 2 litters of puppies and been tossed around in several homes.....and not to her being a problem but for the people not being committed to having a dog and giving her to one relative after another in her short life. She has been with us now since December. MERRY is affectionate, very smart, athletic, funny, inquisitive and quite socialized with people of all ages and she is great with other dogs. She fit right in right from the start. She weighs 15# and is about 12" tall. I LOVE this little Lady. She is truly a delight, well mannered, loving, pleasant and easy easy to have in the home. MERRY would make a great pet for any type of family.She can streak around the yard faster than any of the other dogs and is a little black bolt of lightning the other dogs try to keep up with. She is inquisitive and quick to learn. MERRY hardly ever barks, she isn't hyper and is a gentle good good dog. Somewhere along the line some idiot did a home ear and tail cropping job on MERRY....probably with a pair of scissors. They wanted the fancy stand up ears but only managed to cause her a great deal of pain and she ended up with very short ears and tail but this only adds to her looks and personality and gives her her own style!! MERRY seems to have a hearing loss but we are still evaluating how severe it is. She is NOT totally deaf. but is quite hard of hearing. She did learn the dog door in a day and goes outside to potty and then back in to be warm. She is picking up on sign language I am using with her. This is a SMART little girl. PLEASE DO NOT OVERLOOK THIS DOG DUE HER BEING HARD OF HEARING. MERRY will be spayed, micro-chipped, vaccinated and wormed before adoption. A FENCED YARD IS MANDATORY FOR HER PROTECTION!!!!
