King is about 14 weeks old. He is fostered with dogs, cats and kids. He is completely crate trained and mostly house trained. King is neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped. He is a wonderful, smart puppy. He is food motivated and learns very quickly. The ideal family for King would be one in which he would receive tons of attention and training, exercise and lots of socialization. We suggest you research the breed and have a training plan in mind before you adopt a puppy. If the dog is listed on this website it IS available for adoption. Tell us why you think this particular dog would be a good match for you. Do you have breed experience? Have you always loved this breed? Have you researched what kind of dog would be a good match for you in terms of size, energy level and disposition? What is your activity level like? Do you have experience with obedience training/ Would you take a puppy or dog to training classes etc. We will still check a vet and two personal references so please incude complete information (names and phone numbers) so that we can contact these people easily. Also did you know many vets now require their clients to give consent before they will release information to a rescue or humane organization? Please call your vet and ask them to put a release in your file. Our standard adoption fee is $350 but can vary from dog to dog based on their expenses prior to adoption. Some of those expenses include, boarding, health care, and accommodations of special needs and cost of transport. We base all adoption decisions on the home we feel will be best for the dog. We do not adopt to people under 21 years of age, and preference is often given to homeowners or people with extended rental history.
