Howard is one of the most amazing dogs I know!Howard’s life with Animal Action Rescue started when he was picked up by Animal Control with severe ACID burns all over him. We took one look at this sweet boy and knew we had to help him. Howard is a VERY chill laid back dude. He is NOT high energy, in fact if you want Howard to run you better be holding a pork chop! J Howard wants nothing more than a leisurely walk each day and to lie around! Howard currently lives with 2 dogs that he enjoys but Howard does not like all dogs and we think that it might be fear based. Howard LOVES LOVES people and is FANTASTIC with children. He lives with a 3 year old little boy who he ADORES and is SO gentle with. His real best friend is a 5 year old little girl named Hailey who he loves to snuggle with. Howard would make a great dog for a low-key family that just wants a cool dog to hang out with. He is not meant for dog parks but if you are looking for a real Best Friend…Howard is the dog for you!
