You may remember the plea we sent out about a month or so ago about 3 pups that we were trying to save before BARC got them. Well, we were able to finally get them from BARC and they are now safe and sound, but sweet Bosco STILL needs a foster home as he lost his last one through no fault of his own. He is still very scared and being in boarding is not helping. He needs some special attention to help him come out of his shell. This poor babies has been through so much being darting by BARC, taken from his momma, sitting at BARC for a week and now in boarding. He just needs some TLC and to be shown that no one is going to hurt him. Bosco is a shy, sweet pup. He has come a long way from his home on the streets! He knows commands to sit, go home and outside. His favorite time of the day is when he goes outside and plays with the other dogs in boarding. His tail does not stop wagging and he pounces around the yard. In his previous foster home he enjoyed finding toys and taking them to where he had set up his perch out of his crate. He is a little nervous around new people, but melts when his chest is rubbed. He has learned that some people are kind and it is ok to be pet. Sometimes he will take a treat out of hand, but he still prefers to eat it in privacy. Bosco is a deserving boy that is looking for a new foster home that he can be loved in. He gains his confidence from being with other dogs and seeing them interact with people. So, we think he would do best in a home with at least one other dog. He is a heartbreaker! Bosco is a 7 month old Ibizan Hound Mix, up to date on vaccinations, micro-chipped and neutered.
