Meet Celeste! She is an 18-month-old spayed tricolor beagle weighing 20 pounds. Celeste had a rocky start to her life but is now a happy girl who enjoys playing with toys and her beagle foster brother, Buddy. She is exuberant and bursting with energy, and she is LOUD when she barks with excitement. Celeste would do best with a fenced yard as she enjoys the outdoors and a family with another dog to play with since she's pretty energetic.
