Adult female calm nature. Very well behaved, very sweet and quiet perhaps a bit shy. She tracked my truck over 4 miles from a small country road where I assume she was abandoned. One of the nicest dogs I have met. No known bad habits, except for trying to sneak into the house if you are not paying attention. I am guessing she might have been an indoor pet. If you wanted a good indoor dog she would be it. The times I have let her in she is very content to lie quietly somewhere and has not attempted to get on any furniture or make any messes. A true angel personality. I would keep her but I have two large dogs that bully her and she deserves a special home all her own. This sweet girl is also well behaved around chickens and horses! Girlfriend has been vet checked, and does have a mild case of heartworms for which she is taking medication. The vet believes she has been spayed. The vet also said she thought that Girlfriend was probably around 4-5 yrs old and in good health. A bonus for anyone adopting her is that she is as light as a butterfly in the leash no pulling at all. She was very calm in the vets office and even took a nap. Alvord 2.5.12
