*update 8/4/12 - Cory has been making great strides with his foster home and is allowing himself to be caught and held now. He is also making great strides on leash, and nightly walks will continue to improve his confidence! We would love to see him go to a home where he can have a doggie friend to play with, and people with a little extra patience willing to continue coaxing him along. He will continue to make improvements!Cory is a 4 year old fawn male. He has a striking color, and pale eyes that make him really stand out! He is a shy guy, but once he settles into a new home he has a playful and silly personality. He really enjoys the company of the other dogs, and is ok with being handled once you catch him. He is just needs some time to learn how wonderful being a pet can be. He is still working hard on his leash skills in foster care. His crating is wonderful and he does well on his potty when kept scheduled. He does need a home with another dog he can pal around with and a fenced yard (not super good on leash yet). Mostly he needs someone with the patience to show him how great people can be!
