PLS NOTE CONTACT INFO - This is our little boy Rudi, yes that's Rudi with an 'i' cause he's just that special. Although he is 3 years old and considered an adult, he has all the energy of a little boy. Especially when it's time to go outside to play. He'll run around in circles until you go out first and then when he first gets outside, he'll run and run in big circles around the backyard, so loving to play in the outdoors. Rudi was originally bought from a pet store as a purebred Maltipoo. Pure bred or not, he's certainly pure love. His smile will light up a room and his happy-go-lucky self will light up a family. Going on a daily walk to show Rudi the world and all the nature in it would be Rudi's dream come true, and in turn, Rudi will make a lucky families dreams come true. He came from a home where he was loved but unfortunately, they then had a newborn who required medical care which would exclude having a dog in the home. Rudi would probably do best in a home without small children because he is small himself and sometimes young children don't realize how careful they must be with a small dog. We learned from his previous owners that Rudi had some allergy problems so when his foster mom got him, she took him in for extensive bloodwork and testing and he now has his allergies under control with simple medication. So thankfully, we've taken care of that for Rudi and now we need to take care of the important stuff....finding his forever family. We have noticed that when Rudi feels stress or in a new environment, his rash will let us know that. Another thing we have learned is that he is does not have a fondness for large dogs. Although Rudi would like to have a sibling, he would do great with a small sibling but, not so much with a larger sibling. For more information contact RuffRidersRescue@aol.com.
