6/4/12 Carmen is a gorgeous pointer-pit mix (as best we can tell). She is very people-friendly.She is a patient, sweet dog. The staff at the vet's office loves her because she is easy to handle. Like her namesake, Carmenwould do best in a home with a laid back/passive female, or a male dog. She is food-aggressive and needs to be watched during feeding time if you have other dogs. On the other hand, she never, ever jumps up and her favorite thing is to cuddle. She is probably about three years old and had been on her own for a long time before I took her in. She uses the restroom only once or twice a day. Ever since she adopted me, she has NEVER gone to the bathroom inside. She has made it very easy for me to foster her, and she will make a great pet for someone, either as an only dog or with the right dog sibling.
