Blue came to the shelter as a neglect case. She had a litter of puppies, all of which died from the neglect of the original owner. When she came to the shelter she was covered in fleas and still had milk from the pups. That owner is being prosecuted by the City of Hazel Park. Blue really deserves a new life where she can get the love and affection that she missed in the first part of her life. Blue has very unique blue colored freckles (hence the name). She is a very affectionate dog, who loves being around people and going on walks. She does well with other does, but is very curious with cats, so a home without cats is required.
