For adoption information, please contact: Rita 214/673-9282 Dallas/Irving area (will meet someone if needed) ritakarm@gmail.comPosted 12/31/11. Sugar is friendly and sweet. She was rescued from the streets in February 2011, and the vet that examined her estimated her to be less than a year old at that time. Her foster family has found that Sugar doesn't share the attention well with their other dog and cats, so she will probably do better as the only pet. She has been around children ages 6 and up for short periods of time doing very well, has lots of energy, likes to run in the back yard and fetch a ball, enjoys walks, and is a quick learner. She practices the commands for sit, stay, come, and down. Sugar enjoys being crated at night and spends the day in the back yard if the weather permits it - she is house, crate, and leash trained. She will thrive best with a family who has lots of time to spend with her.
