Oscar is one of those dogs that you just cannot understand why he isn't in a home yet. He has wonderful manners, inside and outside the home. He loves to ride. He is awesome on lead and will walk nicely for anyone, not just a person he is used to. He is now 7 years old, weighs in the 60 pound range, is a Collie mix, and just as sweet as he can be. He has a nice activity level. He does love to go for walks and does need regular exercise. He also loves to hang out with his people.
