Biscuits and Gravy were brought into the shelter after a person said they found them as strays. We just are not sure that is the correct story as these two couldnt have been on their own for long and HELP tried desperately to find their family to no avail. Biscuits is the smaller female (10 lbs) and Gravy the larger male (22 lbs). Both are a bit timid at first but once they warm up, they are so darned loving. They are hysterical when they play together and are so bonded, there is no way that we can split them up, so they are looking for a home where they will both become part of your family. HELP Humane is a non-profit TRUE No Kill animal shelter currently run on individual donations and fundraising alone. (just south of Kansas City). All HELP animals are treated by veterinarians, receive age appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, spayed/neutered and those incoming after Oct 2005, have been micro chipped. Cats have been FeLV/FIV tested and are negative unless otherwise stated. Dogs have been heartworm tested and are on heartworm preventative. We have been told by many adopters that the reason they liked adopting from us is because we have a happy place and all the cats are the friendliest ones they had ever met.
