About Roxy: Roxy is back at WAIF after being found near Monroe Landing. She was previously adopted from the shelter but attempts to contact her owner were not successful and they have not been in to get her. She's a wonderfully sweet natured and nicely mannered dog. A shepherd mix, she is very well housebroken, walks nicely on a leash, and will politely sit when asked to. She just wants to spend time with her human family. Her only issue is that when left unattended, she tends to take off to explore and seek new friends. She needs a family who will be with her most of the time and will not leave her outside unattended. After spending time at WAIF on 3 different occasions, let's get this great dog settled into a permanent loving home.
