Breed:Airedale Terrier / Shepherd
Notes: altered, hasShots
Corey is a very young adult female. She is an Airedale mix and has a bushy beard. We estimate Corey to be only one to two years old. Corey may be an offspring of Cooper. She is shy at first with her humans but gets excited when she gets a pat on the head or a treat. She is not aggressive at all. She is excellent with other dogs. Corey would do best in a fully fenced in yard with direct access to the house. Corey still needs work with a leash and learning to walk on one. Corey spent the first part of her life running the streets with Cooper and we are lucky she is safe and happy now. Corey is up to date on her shots and spayed.
Please note: You must be at least 28 years old to adopt a dog from us, unless you are able to demonstrate a mature lifestyle. We are not able to adopt to renters, sorry!
The prospective owner must agree to a screening process that includes an application, phone nterview, pre/post adoption home visits and the signing of an adoption contract. Our goal is to find the best match for our dogs and their new families, so that everyone lives happily ever after. We prefer homes who want to go to an obedience class. Training strengthens the bond and trust that you have with your dog, and it's fun, for both of you! Dogs like to think and to be mentally challenged. Contrary to what many people think, they don't want to be couch potatoes. The training you do together will be an investment in the future.
