Stevie is young, house trained, well socialized and blind. He hears very well, and can hear a friend coming from blocks away! He remembers all his friends, greets new people well, vocalizes to say hello, and to get his point across. His point, usually, is that he is not getting petted enough. He is crate trained, and crates for four hours at a time. He likes the dog park, car rides, walkies, and off leash walks. He is not destructive, likes toys and coffee shops. Stevie would like to be adopted with in 100 miles of Santa Rosa.
All LCAS dogs are fostered in private homes. We do not have a facilty and all volunteers work full time. Most dogs are transported to our scheduled adoption events which are listed on the events page. Please do call first to make sure a particular dog is coming to an event. Sometimes the van is overfull and dogs get the day off. Other arrangements can be made for meeting a dog if you are out of the area, local, or work weekends. If you are viewing this dog through petfinder.org, PLEASE CLICK THROUGH to theLake County Animal Serviceswebpage to get more detailed information about this dog.
Please check our Adoption Events schedule for time and place of events.
