She's BACK! For anyone who has not been following Maggie's story, in a nut shell, she was adopted and then returned a year later. The Family encountered some human health issues of their own and did not believe they had enough time for Little Bit anymore. If this is the first you have heard of our girl, please read on. (I'd be lying if I said that this one does not KILL me, but in a good way) Self- assured and unstoppable, this tiny soul runs about 30 miles an hour...(with a broken back and a separated pelvis.) I bitch if I have to wait in line for coffee...but Maggie seems to have no concept of inequity. Most likely, the product of an unfortunate encounter with a 2 thousand pound car, Maggie has nothing but joy, running rampant in her tiny veins. Weighing in at just under five pounds, the energy this one exudes, COMPLETELY negates her physical challenges. Me thinks, she is the personification of the wisdom of Darwinian principles. Maggie has made the best of a bad situation, and sheds a ton of light, on all our moaning and groaning ,about relatively tiny inconveniences.
