Casper is a 6 to 8 month old female staffordshire mix puppy who was found tied to a post in the Bronx. Whoever abandoned her at least took the trouble to leave her near a path where people walk their dogs, and lucky Casper was rescued by a dog loving good samaritan. Casper is living with her rescuer on a temporary basis, but the resident dog is very jealous and aggressive so she must find new digs soon. Her foster mom says that Casper is playful, loving and eager to please. She is almost housebroken now and seems to catch on very quickly. Casper weighs about 35 pounds but will grow as she matures and may end up at 50 pounds or so. She has her shots and will be spayed before placement.
