August 2012 Tracy has been with FFL since September of 2004, after being rescued from a high-kill shelter by another sanctuary in WV. We have no idea why she ended up at that shelter, but she was supposedly 5 years old at the time. If that's the case, then she's 13 years old now, and she sure doesn't seem that old! She is 27 lbs. and very active- although she also enjoys being a couch potato.Tracy has some odd behaviors that would possibly frighten someone who was not familiar withdogs. She also LOVES to fight with her feet and makes a lot of noise while she's at it! Tracy is available only as a Sponsor dog because of her age and behavior.
